Luxury Super Yacht Sails into Dry Dock
M/Y Samaya visited the Lyttelton Dry Dock for her two-year survey maintenance.
That included antifouling, paint renewal for the stabiliser and bow thruster.
The 69.5m/228’ motor yacht was built by Feadship in the Netherlands and completed in 2017.
Samaya can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests in 6 suites comprising one VIP cabin.
She can also carry up to 16 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.
Samaya has a steel hull and aluminium superstructure with teak decks.
Powered by twin diesel Caterpillar (3512C) engines, she comfortably cruises at 12 knots and reaches a maximum speed of 16 knots with a range of up to 5,000 nautical miles from her 160,000-litre fuel tanks.
Samaya was back in the water at the end of January before heading up to Auckland.
